The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item. Make sure the item is in resellable condition and contact me before you return, Items that received negative feedback cannot be returned until the negative feedback is removed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before you leave any feedback. If you want to return an item please contact me within a week of receiving the item, If there is any problems with your order please contact me before you leave any Neutral/ Negative feedback, I will try to resolve the problem as best I can. I am willing to repair or replace broken items, change it to store credits or even refund your money in some cases (EXCEPT custom made items).
